Kevin Staut wins the Grand Prix Gucci
Already winner of the Grand Prix VDM on Friday, French favorite Kevin Staut triumphed once again yesterday during the Grand Prix Gucci on 14-year-old Silvana. New world number 1 Scott Brash and Gerco Schröder complete the podium.
On his beloved Silvana, Kevin Staut ended up being the fastest rider of the day with a time of 39'56 during a play-off comprising twelve other couples ! Even Scott Brash, new world No. 1 and winner of the Speed Challenge and War of the Sexes on Bon Ami the previous days, did not manage to top the 2009 European champion. With Ursula XII, the Scot made two clear rounds, and finished second in 40'72. Gerco Schröder completes the Podium with London in 41'32.
Next competition for most of these riders : the Rolex Grand Slam of Geneva from 13 to 15 December .
