Fourteen French riders are set to take part in the Jumping test events for the forthcoming Alltech FEI World Equestrian GamesTM 2014 in Normandy. Another French favourite, Normandy native Pénélope Leprévost, with horses Sultane des Ibis and Vagabond de la Pomme, will also jump. Mathieu Billot, who has dazzled on the FFE’s Grand National circuit, has also entered.

Hoping to challenge Les Bleus, another national squad will be out in force: Morocco, with five participants, led by the nation’s sweetheart Abdelkebir Ouaddar, who is enjoying great form with Quickly de Kreisker. From further north, Sweden will be represented by Peder Fredricson, who came sixth in the team event at the last World Equestrian Games and fourth in the individual event at the Athens Olympics.
