Tickets go on sale today !
Good news for all the equestrian fans who wish to attend the greatest equestrian event in the World : they can now reserve tickets and plan their trip to the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games™ 2014 in Normandy through one the agencies listed in the table below. Those agencies will sell packages including packages that include Passes, accommodation and transport for the moment, until Passes go on sale for the general public in November.
*For people who are not from one of the countries listed above, they are free to plan their trip through any of the agencies in this table.
GENERAL OPENING SCHEDULED FOR NOVEMBER 2013
The official ticketing website is already accessible to national federations and event partners, and will become available to the general public, both in France and aborad, in November 2013. Everyone will then be able to book Passes comprising tickets to multiple events.
From Spring 2014 onwards, all spectators will then have the possibility to purchase individual single-session tickets at their full price within the limits of seats available.
Nevertheless, everyone can already register on the official ticketing website in order to buy clothing and accessories from the event’s official store. By doing so, they will receive all the latest ticketing information from the Organising Committee, and they’ll be first line when tickets become available to the general public in November !
OVER 400,000 TICKETS AVAILABLE
Intotal, 406,000 sessions will go on sale to the general public from June 2013 onwards. And in order to please everyone, the Organising Committee conceived and designed the ticketing offer with three key things in mind:
• Make the event accessible to the greatest number, with affordable prices ranging from 5 to 90 euros per ticket.
• Enable everyone (experts, beginners, fans, families …) to find a Pass that matches their needs, whether they want to follow a single event, to track the entire competition from the same discipline, or to discover the full World Equestrian Games’ experience with access to multiple competitions.
• Simplify the booking process through agencies, and a website allowing users to purchase tickets as well as official products from the official store in one transaction, using one basket (the online shop is already available. The ticketing website will be in November). The organisers have also set up live online assistance during office hours to help future spectators during their purchase. Inaddition to this, younger crowds will have the possibility to can book their tickets without leaving their beloved Facebook, with an integrated ticketing application available on event’s official fan-page https://www.facebook.com/ALLTECHFEIWEG2014NORMANDY
