Welcoming and greeting are the watchwords for the 700 volunteers who will be working with the logistics department. At the service of the accredited public or regular public, volunteers carry out various assignments connected to transportation, catering (food services), meet/greet and hotel accommodations:

WHAT TO DO ?

• Provide information to spectators
• Welcome/greet accredited riders/persons at restaurant areas
• Supervise the catering services for accredited persons
• Direct spectators and accredited persons to  special shuttles
• Drive an official car
•  Participate in the hotel network information service
