Sponsorship & Hospitality

SPONSORSHIP

During the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games Normandy 2014, volunteers will work with the Organizing Committee’s partnership department in managing relationship with partners in response to their needs.

WHAT TO DO ?

  • Provide information to partners and make sure their interests/rights are protected. 
  • Handle partner business (matters) on a daily basis with the partnership department, provide information to them, respond to the requests and assist them with formalities and so forth.
  • Assist the partnership department in protecting the exclusive rights of partners (check that brands inside and around the competition sites are properly displayed, and that signage has been put up, etc.)


HOSPITALITY 

During les Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games Normandy 2014, the volunteers’ team will work with the Organizing Committee’s hospitality department carrying out public relations vis-à vis to the guests invited to the Games.

WHAT TO DO ?

  • Meet/greet our guests in the best way possible
  • Prepare invitations, gifts, guest lists, etc.
  • Make sure guests are properly seated
  • Make sure that reception areas are properly set up/pleasant
