La Prairie racecourse
The Caen racecourse is located just on the outskirts of the town in a place called “La Prairie”. Host to about thirty yearly race meets; its course is renowned for being conducive to speed due to its very long, straight track. The Para Dressage and Driving events, including an 18km marathon, will take place here. The latter event will also go through some of the town centre’s streets and onto existing tracks in the Orne Valley.

La Prairie Racecourse is a only few hundred meters away from the city-center of Caen. It is also very close to the other competition venues: the Zenith of Caen, Caen's Exhibition Center and D'Ornano Stadium.
Caen's Exhibition Center is also accessible by public transportion.

The Organising Committee is planning on making 3,000 free parking spaces available to spectators, in the shape of 2 park-and-ride facilities located near to the city of Caen: in Beaulieu, and in the Presqu’île neighbourhood of Caen. A free shuttle bus service will run between these car parks and the 4 competition venues in Caen: D’Ornano Stadium (Dressage, Jumping, jumping phase of the Eventing), the Zenith (Vaulting), La Prairie Racecourse (Driving, Para-Dressage), and the Exhibition Centre (Reining).
